Lol, nah, started with a black streak, transformed it, liquified it, filtered it, repaired it, moved some parts, and masked it red :P

Thats about 5 filters :P

no it's less than about 5.

Download some brushes, filter packs rarely work out well. I learned alot from fiddling about like that, but I prefer working with brushes, renders and layers. Read some tutorials, they will help you a great deal.
