I know it's at the Zorge camp but where the hell is that I can't seem to find it?

It's south and a bit east of Castle wars, kind of in front of the entrances to the Zogre coffins.

You have to have done Zogre Flesh Eaters quest and have given a Relyc's Balm (sp?) to Uglug in order to access the shop.
