Ok, I am going to spend about all my money into barrows and hopfully get 100 trips there and make a few million....

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I got 53 prayer, about how many prayer pots will I need to use If I am using fire bolt?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

How many fire bolts will each trip take, I was thinking 100 or less because there 5 brothers and that means 20 bolts per brother and each brother has around 100 hp so I would need to hit around 5 average, is this true?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

So I plan on doing 100 runs, how many barrows drops do you think I will get based on your exp.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I was going to use lobbies in the tunnels for my kill count, and kill the lowest level moster there until I only got 2 lobbies left to run back to the cheast with, what will my kill count be with 16+ lobbies?

You should probably take enough runes to cast Fire Bolt 150 times, just to be safe. I use slayer dart and use about 75 casts per trip.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You'll probably get about 8 barrows items because the average is 1 in 12 trips.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Only get your kill count to about 15 because trying to get it very high will just waste your time. The lowest monster is around 50, so they're not too hard. You won't need to use much food on them.

150-200 spells of it will be plenty, You should only need about 1-2 prayer potions.

Well I will give you my opinion based on my stats. 53 Prayer as well. I went 20+ runs without getting a single thing so I stopped barrowing for awhile.

-Now I usually use 4-5 pray pot doses. (Thats without praying on Guthan and Torag. And when I run out of prayer on Karil/Ahrim when thay are 3/4 dead I also do not use another p pot dose.)

 

 

 

-I use about 6 or 7 sharks a run as well.

 

 

 

-Depending on my mood Iwill get a 15+ kill count with crystal bow.

 

 

 

-I use about 80-110 Casts of slayer dart a run.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

My suggestions, since I suppose you are wearing mage armor as you havent given us any particular clue to what you are wearing/def lvl etc etc.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I say bring 4-5 p pots your first couple runs till you get a feel for how many you need. Bring more than 100 casts, just in case. As for how many drops you will get beats me. I heard the rate was 1:18 runs (about), but I have done over 20 and gotten nothing, and seen people talk about going 30+ runs without anything so, it all depends on your "drop luck" in RS.

I just started barrows recently, I've done around 150 runs and gotten 6 items (Torag helm, (ugh) Ahrim staff (double ugh), Torag plate, Karil's crossbow, and Dhorick legs). However, the runes / bolt racks / crystal keys I get more then makes up for the lack of items so far. I usually get 20-25 kill count (sometimes higher when I use my guthans to heal), and I find that the blood runes alone make up for all the costs. I usually get 80-150 per run when I kill bloodworms for kill count. I use slayer dart, and at 73 mage (stats in sig), It takes me an average of 70 spells, using dart for all but ahrim. I don't pray on guthan or torag, and use my guthans to heal in tunnel, so I only use 1-5 monkfish per run (depending on how much guthan & torag hit, i've gone a run or two without any food) When I start with full prayer, I usually use 2-3 doses (55 prayer), not praying when ahrim & karil low health and I run out. I take a lot of items (full guthans, whip, defender, full black d hide, and other junk), leaving only 10 spaces for food/p pots. I take 2 4 dose prayer pots, but rarely use the second, and the rest monks. I also take house tele, and recharge my prayer at house then go through karyll portal. I suppose I could do multiple runs, but I hate wasting p pots when I could just recharge prayer at house, and I have issues with finding my way to ladder from chest in tunnels :lol:
