I really need help because I'm lagging 24/7 and I can't get onto RuneScape (it says 'Unable to connect, log-in server offline'.) I REALLY need help, and please, if you're nice enough to help, try to explain it in a way a 13YEAROLD can understand. Thanks.. :( Pay it forward! You can't log into runescape because they are having problems. Then update the norton definitions (it should do this for you anyway) download; Spybot search and destroy and Ad-Aware. Then run a Virus scan on norton and a few scans with Ad-Aware and Spybot search and destroy.
