Use the skill Calculators on the Tip.it site. Put in your current xp and then put it the level you want to get it to. it will tell you how many you have to cook. your probbably around 90-95k lobs for 99.

From lvl 78 you'll need somewhere from 80-100k lobs to cook

 

 

 

Should take a little over a month if you work at it

It depends on how fast you can go. Do a trip and see how long it takes, then figure that into how many lobsters you need to cook.
