im currently doing the wanted! quest and im a little stuck at the moment.The guide tells me to go to the mage of zamorok in the south east of varrock but he isnt their.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

where is he?do i need to do a particular quest for him to appear there?

I believe you need to talk to him in level 5 Wildy, the place where you can enter the Abyss, just above Edgeville near the river first.
