The rune defender also helps alot in some monsters. For weapon i don't know but maybe a d scimy or v fail.

February 2, 200719 yr I would also suggest wizard or infinity boots to wear with black d hide for meleeing slayer monsters such as Bloodvelds, Jellys and Pyrefiends. The mage defense bonus of the boots really helps you take less damage from them.

February 2, 200719 yr well if your strength training buy dhaorks, since you said your going to do a lot of slayer maybe you should save alittle more and invest in guthans, the torag extra seemed like a pretty nice option for your budget :mrgreen:
