Quest question

I plan on getting 40 def on my pure to wear full rune and I know we have to dothe dragon slayer to wear a rune plate. I'm just wondering if I want to do the dragon slayer quest, would I have to do any quests that would gimme pray or atk exp? I'm f2p btw.

Well, no quests are actually required for Dragon Slayer. You just need to have 32 quest points. I'm not sure about the points from f2p quests. but you can check the Knowledge Base on Runescape's main site (or even on Tip.It's quest list) for checking the rewards to avoid any that would give you xp that you don't want.

Be careful, when you complete Dragonslayer, you get enough defence XP to get you from around 33-40 defence. And if it's a pure that you are making, unless you want 45 defence for fremennik helms (member's item), then you want exactly 40 defence to wear rune.

restless ghost and vampire slayer gives attack exp so thats 3 qp gone. dragon slayer gives 2 qp.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

f2p has a total of 39 qp, so u still can get 34 qp without getting prayer and attack exp.

witch potion and imp catcher gives 1 qp each so thats 2 qp.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

so u can basically do dragon slayer without getting mage, prayer or attack exp in f2p.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

unless they made changes to quest rewards since ive done em on my pure.
