what are dusties how do u get to them and do they have safe spots and do u need requrments i heard u get d chains from them

Dust Devils, you need to start Desert Treasure to the point where you can get into the smoke dungeon, you need 65 slayer, and you need a face mask or you will die in the smoke dungeon.
