edge0303
Okay, the story is very simple..I forgotten my password(don't know why, just forgotten it.) i went tried to fill up the 'lost-password' form thing.. then it tells mi that not enough information to change password automatically,so it says it will be directed to the admins/suport group.. typed in the code for my appeal..after i have sent my appeal to the support group..i went to check my status of my apeeal.. (i did it immediately after i have sent my apeeal) it was declined.and what it gave me was that the information i given doesnt match closely with the records it has. I want to play back runescape..But cant now.. Someone help? Thanks.
yerxa
Same thing happened to me. I changed my password, and then decided to quit playing for a few months. Needless to say I forgot my password. I went through everything you did and they told me that I didn't provide enough information to get the accound back. They wanted every IP address that I had ever used from the day I created the account to the last day I played. That's like 3 years worth of information. I just gave up and created a new account.
