So no help can be given from any of the members here?

Okay,the story is very simple..I forgotten my password(don't know why,just forgotten it.) i went tried to fill up the 'lost-password' form thing.. then it tells mi that not enough information to change password automatically,so it says it will be directed to the admins/suport group.. typed in the code for my appeal..after i have sent my appeal to the support group..i went to check my status of my apeeal.. (i did it immediately after i have sent my apeeal) it was declined.and what it gave me was that the information i given doesnt match closely with the records it has. I want to play back runescape..But cant now.. Someone help? Thanks.
