Another Construction Question

I have everything required to build a Teak Larder (39 Con is my lvl) and I'm using the crystal saw, but it won't let me build one, why not?

You're level 39? Well the Crystal Saw adds three levels to your total level, so you would be able to build furniture up to level 42. But the larder requires level 43.

Also, whats the fastest way to Plank? I'm making Oak Larders and need advice on how to plank fastest, I am using a servant.
