In P2P Catherby fishing spot (again, in highly populated worlds) I've gotten like 5 MoMs, 1 mime, and 3 swarms.

Note that these are all in one day of fishing...

Also I read somewhere that Randoms occur while yo are training, skilling etc. and i noticed that whenever there are highly populated areas at a fishing or mining spots (or any skilling spots for that matter) There will be a higher chance of getting even more randoms...It happend alot to me when i used to f2p fish at karamja...I mean, people got frog randoms like crazy! \'

In F2p, while you're burying bones at the Mossies in Crandor, there's usually a lot of randoms.
