February 10, 200719 yr I just realized I was thinking of Leela, Lady Keli should definitely be inside the jail. Sorry for the misunderstanding. If you don't see her, maybe you need to talk to Leela first anyway.
February 10, 200719 yr Author no no-one is outside around the jail except goblins and rats....northeast of draynor bank is leela, i have all the equipment, but when i talk to her she says i got all of it, but it stills says i will return with arest of the equipment. i337 Range

February 10, 200719 yr Follow the guide strictly or the instructions in your quest journal, because I believe you only can see her at the stage you actually need to free her from the jail. She is indeed 'residented' in the Port Sarim jail.
