Icingdeath
If I went to World 16 and crafted airs, could I make a profit with 55 runecrafting? I would pay the usual 2k + 25 ess. I really wouldn't call it an era. It was more of a definitive time period during which dinstinctive characteristics were expressed in similar ways. Kaphias
Yes, I think level 55 is the turning point for profit. 8,325th to 99 Firemaking 3/9/08 | 44,811th to 99 Cooking 7/16/084,968th to 99 Farming 10/9/09 | Runescaper August 2005-March 2010Tip.it Mod Feb. 2008-Sep. 2008 | Tip.it Crew Sep. 2008-Nov. 2009
Foooman
25 ess per trade. 6x airs per ess. 2k paid to runner per trade. 150 airs crafted. Paying 30ea for ess: 750gp spent on ess per trade Paying 35ea for ess: 875gp spent on ess per trade Paying 40ea for ess: 1000 spent on ess per trade Selling 15ea for air: 2250gp made per trade Selling 18ea for air: 2700gp made per trade Selling 19ea for air: 2850 made per trade Selling 20 ea for air: 3000 made per trade This means that you will have to sell your airs at 19-20ea dn buy your ess 30-34ea. You will either break even or make a small profit this way.
Captainkidd
Yes, Lets say you buy 10k Ess for 300k so you have 400 trades, at 2k each trade you will need to bring 800k gp, once you craft all the ess into airs you should have 60k airs, if you sell these at 20 each you will get 1.2m. Now it cost you 1.1m to buy the ess and the trades. You just made 100k, You could always makes another 100k if you bought the ess 20 each, but thats hard to do in bulk. Also you could try to trade 1.5keach trade if there are few to non-crafters there, but you can only do this some times.
Icingdeath
Wow, thanks for all the calculations and such. I may try this sometime soon. Thanks! I really wouldn't call it an era.
