it says i got to buy a fire toad blast or whatever and i did but nothing happend what do i have to do

did you drink it?

You have to have the Barcrawl Card in your inventory, and then talk to him. He'll give it to you, you'll get a message, and that bar will be marked off on your card.

I think for that part of the barcrawl you have to use your barcrawl card with the npc.

Use the minigames tip,it guide thats how I did it.
