Is there any How to guide about that?? I tried to find it but I couldn't.

There called a avatar, you simple load them from a site or your computer, to o this go to your profile and scroll all the way down and you will se the bar.

There called an avatar, but i never really cared about downloading one, so i don't know how to download them.

This is a guide on posting Screenshots (a sticky in this forum). Just follow the same steps, but instead of adding it to a post, put the ... thingy in your profile, under Avatar/Signature.
