February 16, 200719 yr rockcrabs are good and easy, and i found that al karid guards are surprisingly fast if you just need a few k xp and you arent really paying attention as you can get three of them on you at once

February 16, 200719 yr Spectator trolls are good for strength xp. But they're easier to kill with a whip... which isn't good for strength. Using a dragon scimi on Skeletons (the high level ones) is also heard to be good. Check out the Bestiary, and find a monster with a high ratio.
February 16, 200719 yr Rock crabs are decent, but for getting faaasssst levels I would recomend Pest control. If you don't use swiftswitch then you'll just have to guess what the world is. But if you use swift then go to the chat #rspc, updates the world every minute. p.s. - I'm not sure if I should be mentioning ss....
