What is the best way to do barrows with my stats (in the sig) I want a profit on 95% of the runs (i.e. I'll accept losing 10k every 15th run or so when i get a lot of cash and no runes)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I've done "In Aid of the Myreque" and "Desert Treasure" with a Kharyyl portal in my house.

first of all, you need to have a Kharyrll portal and alter in your house

 

 

 

you also need to have slayer staff, ahrims (no staff of cause), rune boots, dragon sq/rune kite, your best amulet, ring of life, your best RoD gloves, best cape

 

 

 

do like most barrows guides would tell you, bring 1-2 prayer pot, drink only on dharok or karils, slayer dart at all bros except you range ahrims, use safe spot in tunnel... etc

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

ok, now here is the important part to lower your cost...

 

 

 

bring holy wrench and for food use potato with cheese as food

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

potato with cheese? yea, potato with cheese, they heal quite a lot (heal 16) and quite cheap to buy. they cost 9gp each and have 10 stocks in store at warrior guild. hop world to buy until you think you got enough. The coins and chaos runes you get will cover all the cost (most of the time) you need for amour repairs, death runes, pray pots and food.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

ok, you might say, i can fish lobs for free, why bother? but think of it, you can sell them back for 200each and they are much much slower than getting those potato with cheese in your bank...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

the above picture is an example of using potato with cheese, it is not the best setup (or up to date setup), you can switch those equipment at will (such as rune plate -> granite plate)
