February 17, 200719 yr I've been playing Runescape for 3 years and thought I quit last summer. I decided to get back into it recently.. too fun not to play. I'm only level 83 (actually I turned 84 a few minutes ago) cuz I spent too much time in the dueling arena and barely got any experience. I have 73 attack, 70 strength, and just got my defense to 63. Any ideas on training defense? My friend suggested Pest Control but due to the fact that there isn't a world that actually wins any games.. the experience isn't too much. I considered converting to the way I got 70 strength, by killing Confusion Beasts. Is this a good idea or do you have a different suggestion? February 17, 200719 yr Author You need to kill 1,836 50 HP Monsters to gain 367,117 XP for level 70 Defence ^^thats alot of rock crabs :P
February 17, 200719 yr Or you can cut those two numbers in half and kill experiments. You need to kill 918 100hp monsters to gain 183558 Experience points :P

February 18, 200719 yr Ogres are pretty good xp: By the way, I recommend at least partially completing the recipe for diasaster quest. The gloves you get as rewards are insane, they give very good defence, strength, and attack bonuses. Noted raw mackerel drop... Wtfh? Always buying: Watermelon seeds, 2K each.
