Currently LEVEL 22, trying to get 60+. What is the best course of action to aquire this?

Well I heard the wind up toys are great exp to get to lvl 50 with, or 53 whatever the wildy course is. From 52 to 60 use wildy course.

With the wind up toys use them in a small closed space and keep picking them up. Hope that helps ::'

here's a guide from the Player Made Guides forum. Might give you some tips for training.

If Jagex ever made a perfect update, there would be players complaining about nothing to complain about.

I went to 32 in the Gnome stronghold and then potted to get into Barb. Took me just a day to get from 32-45.

Use Gnome until 30-35 then use pryamid until 52 and wildy until 99

This guide says that Barbarian village IS the BEST xp for levels 32-42.

I'd advise you to look at that guide, as its very concise.
