Question for lvl 75+ hunters!!!

Featured Replies

At what lvl will I stop failing catching red (carnivorous) chinchompa's?

I'm currently lvl 74 and the reds often just touch the boxtraps.. I really hate this and would prefer just longer waiting for a good catch.

I know this is not the best hunterexperience, but I like some variation and can use the reds for my range.. :)

Any advice based on facts&experience plz?

.... and no, red chinchompa's are defintely not the best exp (per hour) in hunter! (unless Jagex made some changes during last few weeks..)

Yes red chinchompas are the fastest. They've always been, in my opinion. I used them for many levels to get to 71.

What else would be faster? In my experience red salamanders aren't, and neither are blacks. What's left?

red salamanders, falconry and even grey chinchompa's were for my levelling 63-74 a lot better. Also I've spoken approx 2-3 months ago with a lvl95 and lvl99 hunter who both were convinced that red sallies and falconry were the best options by far.

Anyway, back on topic plz... at what lvl will I stop (or as good as none) failing?
