February 23, 200719 yr i don't know much about them, but if u use soft clay with some sort of altar with a book, it makes a tab.
February 23, 200719 yr The desired teleportation runes + soft clay. Can only be made on a Lectern in the Study room (better lectern, more tablets available to make).
