Alright well i just installed firefox and tried to watch a video but it said i needed to download additional software. So i installed windows media player 11 and tried watching the video again, but it still tells me to install the same software that i have already installed. Does anyone have any ideas on what to do to watch videos?

I click install additional add ons and it sends me to the microsoft website for windows media player
