Metal Dragons

I wanted to try kill a few metal dragons and i was wondering what stats you guys would suggest to try take them on, my stats are to the left with my RSC, let me know what you guys think. I heard mage is useless to them, and melee is expensive.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

also another question off top, when you have a quest cape, and a new quest comes out, what happens, can you just not re equip the cape?

anyway i tried melee/ ranged/ mage them

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

melee: actually the cheapest i think

 

 

 

ranged: low ranged dont bother

 

 

 

mage: actaully quite effective but expensive

Melee is my choice of method. You need prayer and anti fire pots, that is what costs.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mage is *not* useless on them, it works well. Here its the runes and the antifire pots that costs. I know there are some good advice on how to do this somewhere, but dont have time to search for it atm. Try searching yourself :)

well after reading that guide it seems my combat skills may be a little low to try take on metal dragons..
