Whenever I try and download a file around 50mb+, and it just stops at around 50-80% and doesn't start again. After a while it just says timed out. I already tried increasing the amount of disk space that the Temporary Internet Files uses, and that's not the problem. Can anyone help?

What kind of connection do you use? Browser/program to download the file? Does it do this in multiple browsers (if you have them)? Is it a single file doing this, or many different files in different places?
