how do i get a mithril grapple other than smithing it, and also, what else do i need to use a shortcut

Important: Once the mith grapple tip is attached to the bolt the item can no longer be traded. You need a fletching level of 59 to attach the grapple tip to the bolt. Effectively this means you have to have a fletching level of 59 to be able to make OR USE a mithril grapple you need 59 fletching to make the grapple, but to make the grapple tip, you need to make it yourself because its untradeable
