I have a clue scroll and the tip.it coordinate locater shows it on crandor isle. Only problem is I haven't done dragon slayer since abouy a year before RS2 came out. I don't know how to get to Crandor Island and can't figure it out, anyone wanna help me out here?

If you go to the volcano in karajum, go down the stairs, and to where the wall is, it'll say strange looking door. Open it, and you'll be where the giant skeletons were during the quest.

You can not go though the wall if you haven't started/finished Dragon slayer.

 

 

 

Sorry but I think the only way to get to crandor is trough that door, meaning you must start/complete Dragon slayer.
