There are good worlds but they're constantly changing because the high level clans that are there move around alot to avoid lower levels. Your best bet for good PC is to join a clan. This is for BA, not PC. But yah, usually world 6, 9, 12, 18, or 100 will have lots of people at the place. I suggest using world 6, as it usually if packed.
