Enough arrows? Yes

White Knights as good range training? No...

White Knights wear plate armor. Plate Armor > Range.

You might want to consider a different training target, such as:

Ogres

Chaos Druids (for herb drops)

Rock crabs

i alway train my range on lessers demons at karamja for the safespot, fire giants is also an option because they have low def.

Maybe try something in the stronghold of security like Minotaurs. They drop iron arrows which make things quite easy range-wise.
