im lvl 51 but want 2 get 54 quick i have 10k pure essance and 37k normal ess wat wud b quickest xp and im member so i can use the abyss wat shud i do?

Air running would be the fastest but i would recommend nats as you can make tons of cash of those.

ta ive been doing those and cosmics but u dont get as much xp as nats im using the abyss tho

The higher the lvl of the rune your making is, the less exp it gives.

So, either you craft nats and make profit, but much more time to gain lvl 91. Or, you craft airs and get to lvl 91 the quickest way.

Example, a lvl 56 crafter crafting airs will get 6x the airs per ess. 6 times 5 exp: 30 exp per ess. With nats, he wil only get 9 exp a ess. Abyss or not, the airs give better exp.

Highlanders... It goes for xp per ess, not xp per rune made. I'd know, being (in my opinion) rather an expert crafter. Make natures, they are the best experience, and great money. With the plain essence you should make airs if you want some more money, and more xp too.
