March 3, 200719 yr do i have to do the quest to get the watch im guessing you mean for clue scrolls? and the observatory quest? then yes, im pretty sure you do NOPE, you dont have to do a quest to get the watch for solving lvl 2 and 3 clues. Talk to the observatory guy or assistent im not sure and make sure you have the clue with you. Then he will tell you to go get the sextent and graph from the monk and the trawler fisherman guy. Once you get those to head back to the guy in observatory not sure on his name. And he will give you the watch its really easy no challenge 15mins max it should take.
