mossies are pretty awesome for nats. Or you could craft them if you have the lvl =)

Many slaying monsters are good for nat drops too.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cockatrice and Basilisks are amoungst my old favourites.

Otherwordly beings are dropping a fairly good amount of nats, did not time if it was better overall then mossies though.
