1. Fastest way to gain exp for fishing is Fly Fishing at Shilo village. A slightly slower method but yields more money (and less fish to cook) is monkfishing.

~For number 6 think of it like this, Run Escape. When Runescape Classic (RSC) came out you could duel anyone at any place, there wasn't a "Duel Arena" So maybe you needed to run and escape which makes RunEscape.~
