If your going to use full torags go to castle wars with torags and your whip mabey you will manage to use the two best specs in the game to drain someone to 0 run OMG. Unfortunately, you can't wear full armor in castle wars, otherwise torag's effect might actually be useful. yeah so the only place where the torag set special does anything useful is the wilderness... except that can be kind of dangerous yeah, so unless you're a l33t pker, as i said... torag set effect is total garbage.
