  1. one of the best guides on tip.it i've read :) and nice job proving your points to the misinformed
  2. if you want hundreds of high level seeds, there are only a few ways you can go -buy them from other players -kingdom management (this is generally good, but you get a lot of low-level seeds too) other ways to build up good seed collections other than theiving is to train combat on a monster that drops good seeds for many hours I know the temple trekking minigame now gives watermelon seeds as one of the rewards. Before they changed it I collected over 400 wildblood seeds trying to get a lumberjack outfit... which is a huge shame since they could have all been watermelon :(
  3. slayer definitely rc is hard but when it comes down to it, you can get xp faster than slayer using runners, even when slaying with a cannon. A lot of tasks you can't even use cannon on, and to do slayer efficiently you need to get a lot of different stats up too (to wear the right gear, to get to tasks fast).
  4. i got the full set and got 99 woodcutting using it. I even lost it and got it back inbetween (gah was that annoying) I collected 100 nail beast nails but I gave them all away to a friend
  5. last time I checked most people don't bring lunar into the wildy, so its not like stat spy in the wildy is gonna be a huge problem
  6. you need 70 prayer for making certain shields and banners in POHs
  7. veracs has pretty low defense compared to the other melee sets, so I would recommend against using it for normal training veracs is most useful for dueling and kq'ing dharoks, torags, and guthans all have much better defense bonues (torag being the best), for regular training
  8. i like the funny ones with good cutscenes: swan song forgettable tale of a drunken dwarf my arm's big adventure
  9. I respect farming, slayer, runecrafting, smithing the most construction, prayer just indicate wealth. while that wealth can come from hard work, there a lot of people who got that rich because they got phats back when they were free/cheap mining and agility I respect for the amount of annoying work that is required, but they are still a good bit faster than the others
  10. definitely a scam because the site is not runescape.com, and jagex has said they will never contact you through email
  11. but if you save up the special bones, faurg, raurg, and ourg bones (or whatever) are WAYYY faster than D bones on an alter question: does anyone know if the salve amulet/salve amulet (e) works on these guys??
  12. thanks for the guide... I have pretty nooby range and need something to train on... I think it will be these :)
  13. kebabs are a joke for people with membership, but this is actually useful for poor f2pers
  14. I've pked with anchor with some buddies for fun (anchor specs ftw!) I've died more than once, and protect item has always worked out with the anchor
  15. that city makes the quest in it one of the most horrible I've ever done. You can't really call it hard, but you have to trek through over and over in the quest and its miserable.
  16. your friend reported you? friend????? friends don't report friends, especially when you're not even breaking the rules
  17. the cave is pretty linear (except for one fork) so just walk along in it until you find a big crowd of them... watch out for falling rocks...
  18. i became a member about 3 months ago, at a pretty high level to make the switch (90+). The best thing you can do after switching to members is QUEST QUEST QUEST. Quests give you a huge boost in all those level 1 skills, and are absolutely necessary to unlock a bunch of weapons and areas that most members take for granted after a while. Some nice guy just made a nice quest dependency chart on tip.it. THe quests he put down are for the most part, the quests you will need to do immediately after bocoming member http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=638497 Lost City: wield a d long (very good, reliable, cheap weapon, especially if you can't buy a whip) Druidic Ritual: start herblore Plague City: teleport to ardougne Priest in peril: open up morytania Through doing the quests strategically you can some basic skills like thieving, agility, fletching beyond noob level in a fun and useful way
  19. except members get the uber dragon axe, and the lumberjack clothes
  20. dharok, torag, guthan plates all have the same defense If barrows is too expensive, I might suggest getting the Fighter Torso. You get this by playing lots of the Barbarian Assault minigame. It will probably take you at least a few days on world 6 to get, but it is better than a rune plate, and it gives a +4 strength bonus :)
  21. runescape is full of references to all sorts of literature, movies, and other weird culture
