March 5, 200719 yr There are some easy quests that will get it up, but alot of them have requirements of like 30 thieving. I would suggest pickpocketing men untill lv 5. Then theive from cake stalls until lv like 36 or whatever it is for fur stalls. Thieve from fur stalls all the way to lv 39. Thanks to Hardwick246 for the sig
