barnstormers Posted March 5, 2007 Share Posted March 5, 2007 There are some easy quests that will get it up, but alot of them have requirements of like 30 thieving. I would suggest pickpocketing men untill lv 5. Then theive from cake stalls until lv like 36 or whatever it is for fur stalls. Thieve from fur stalls all the way to lv 39.
