i was planiing on buying one what i want to know is were is best place to train with it

If u have done quests required, get yourself a dragon hally and use it at the blue dragons in taverly dungeon (good drops and lvl 3 clues) or hellhounds in same place (just for lvl 3 clues)...

I use a d hally for a lot of slayer assignments when I want to train a melee stat rather than range. Some examples are Fire Giants, Black Demons, Greater and Lesser Demons, Hellhounds, Blue Dragons. Taverly dungeon, Brimhaven dungeon and the Ogre Enclave are all good spots for using your hally against these monsters. :)

Blue dragons at heroes guild, Troll generals at Troll Stronghold, Fire Giants at Waterfall, Black Demons in Taverly, Cave Horrors at Mos Les Harmles.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Depends what kind of drops u like. I really liked Trolls since i got 2 granite shields per trip. Ice Trolls in Fremm Isles is an option also (as long as momma troll not pelting u)
