1. Best place would be on forums, since you get fast answers and a lot of responses. Best place in-game would be at Seers of a populated world like 6 or 9.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. No, only bow strings go for 200 each. Flax is at most like 110 each, usually for extremely large amounts (10k+).

I've personally found it hard to sell in-game at Seers for that price, because of lower levels selling for 150-170 each.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

On the forums it's a bit easier to sell though it'll still take some time. People will try to haggle and lower your price, but you just gotta stay firm ^_^.
