I have Photoshop Elements 4 and Photoshop CS but i still dont know how to make those cool backgrounds =( So would someone post me a link to tutorial (against the rules?) or tell how to make them? TYVM :!:

well you can make backgrounds with brushes and effects.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

if you want a brushed background just google up photshop brushes.

 

 

 

for effect background just experiment with the effects in photoshop.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

it is better to learn by your self make your own style, just play around with layers of brushes and effects.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

one tip don't over brush 1 layer, use small bit at a time.
