How much xp in beetween two tears of guthix

I would like to know how much xp I need to be able to enter the Tears of Guthix minigame after one week without questing.

I had confimation of this in the knowledge base, silly me I did not check before, lol!

In that week, you must either gain 100,000 experience in any skills (can be spread across more than one skill) or gain one Quest Point.

I only found this out recently, but if you go to the tears of guthix ingame quest guide, it tells how how much exp you have left and how many days you have left.

Also, If you go to the quests menu (which is a bit more helpful), at the end, it says how many days until you may go again. Easier than going all the way over there, anyhoo.

You have to earn 100k xp or 1 qp.

And the Xp from one Tears of Guthix game will count towards the Xp needed for the next game. :
