If this is not an update already and I am just not looking hard enough, Npc list and location would be very helpful.

I think he means that he would like to see a list of all the NPC's and there location. While tip.it doesn't have that, it does have a list for all the NPC's that are used by clue scrolls:

I don't know if it is worth the time to do all other NPC's.
