June 19, 201214 yr That is the time when the 'view your posts' gets updated to include new thread from the past day, it's why it doesn't update more frequently. But it is nicely aimed so that it's in the quietest time of the day for the board (most America should be in bed at this hour whilst most of Europe and Asia should be at work/school). I remember this because the boards going down for like an hour whilst the update occurs is why the admins told us it could not be refreshed more often when there was a fairly large thread of people wanting it back after the forums migrated a year or two ago now.
