June 3, 201313 yr I installed swiftkit today and when I try to use the hiscores function all that comes up when I type in any name is "username not found" no matter what name I choose. I know all of the accounts are members, including my own, and one of my friends did not seem to be having this issue yesterday. I'm on a windows 8 computer, I tried the DNS error fix, but that didn't work. Any suggestions? All the other tools seem to be working, except for the hiscores.

June 10, 201313 yr Hi, If instead of picking the Debug option, you pick the "Install Directory" one, then click Launch in SwiftKit, once SwiftKit is running and you've tried looking up a user name, copy the content of the debug.txt file in that directory for us please. RuneScape Treasure Trails
