I'm just a f2p so please don't mock me if this sounds stupid... my theory: You know if you are attacking or following someone and he/she teles. You start running towards the place he/she teled to. So first this scammer gets you to wildy for getting rid of the warning screen, then asks you to follow to bank. On the way scammer teles to wildy (members can do this, right?) so you will start running there. No warning screen since you already visited wildy. Scammers friend (cb lvl close to you) is waiting for kill.
