Since my membership ran out and I'm getting it back tomorrow, I decided I should write about how I'm going to achieve all 99s. Today, I decided I'm going for the Max cape, a cape worn by masters of all skills. It's not going to be easy, but with a bit of determination and some luck, I know I can do it.
