Killing them in Zamorak room near door to boss is the most effective. My method is:

 

Slayer/Neitiznot Helm

Amulet of Fury

Zamorak Cape/Cloak

Proselyte Chest

Proselyte Legs

Rune Defender

Abyssal Whip

Dragon Boots

Barrows Gloves/Regen

 

Your inventory could include a dragon dagger, maybe 10-15 p pots (banking is still quick with trollheim tele), teleport tab (optional), and if you have 79 summoning, bring 3-4 fire titan pouches and summon pot.

 

I found its fastest killing with titan when you attack multiple mages (3-4 at once), you do move about a lot to hit different mages but it means you and your titan keep doing damage, getting about 150-200 kills an hour.

Thanks mate, but i'm not going camping just yet. I've decided to keep Slaying until I get a Mage task, and if I get good drops, I may start camping. :D
