You can only freeze if you are right next to the flag person. Anyway the people who can afford a godsword can probably afford Ice Barrage, which is 10x more powerful in Castle Wars. I think godswords are going to end up as a novelty item- useful for showing off and getting max hits. DDS is already a great KO weapon, not to mention fast and cheap.

I was at CWs the other day and kept getting hit constant 18s by a ranger using a rune xbow and emerald tipped bolts. Anyone tried this out yet?

Maybe it could have been a glitch in the new crossbows or darkbow? I think those are the only new combat new updates.
