I shower daily, sometimes twice. For exercise I love mountain biking, if I can't get out mountain biking I'll street bike at least 15 miles a day. But then I also do a lot of rock climbing during the summer time, and then snowboarding about 85 days a winter.

One you hit around 65 range I would recommend doing the waterfall quest and training inside of the waterfall on the fire giants. Or even training on Caged Ogres in the King Lathas Training Area(I forgot which quest you have to do to gain access).
